RETURNS POLICY

General

1. Returns are allowable for items purchased at full price at no extra charge.  
2. Returns are valid within 30 days after receipt of payment has been received.
3. Your refund will be issued via EFT within 14 days. Your exchange will be delivered to your door after 14 days. 
4. You may not return or exchange an item more than two times (Delivery Cost may be charged).
5. ALL GOODS MUST ADHERE TO THE CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:
   •   In ALL cases, the returned item must be in its original condition 
   •   Unworn
   •   Unused
   •   Sellable
   •   with all tags still attached
   •   no make-up stains, or odours.

The following items may NOT be exchanged or refunded:

1. Books
2. Ebooks
3. Worksheets
4. PDF files
5. Canvas
